Meet Our CEO

Scott Spivak (Founder and Chief Building Scientist)

Scott has 30 years of experience in the residential construction, energy efficiency, and solar industry. He has audited hundreds of homes, certified over 800 new Energy Star homes, trained hundreds of professionals in energy auditing and efficiency, and is the recipient of the EPA’s prestigious Energy Star Partner of the Year award. His current focus is helping Colorado homeowners convert to solar energy and increase their indoor comfort while reducing their energy costs. Scott’s credentials include a Master of Arts Degree and certifications for BPI Building Analyst, BPI Building Envelope Professional, BPI Whole House Installer, and Green Building programs.
